The seat sits too low & leans WAY to far back for me. I installed a 2″ lift in front & 2.75″ lift in rear. This makes it MUCH more comfortable to drive. It’s more like sitting in the seat of a big truck, which I racked up just over one millions miles in before I hung up the keys & got rid of CDL.
I had to buy two sets of universal seat mounting brackets to get top / bottom mount points, since they are designed for seats with side mount flanges. As can see in the first photo, I cut the front brackets to lower front of seat. The mounting bolts drop in from top, with washers & nylon lock nuts on underside.
I still had to add a wedge cushion to the top portion of the seat for shoulder blades, no photo available. I need the seat back to be nearly vertical & no lumbar. Lumbar supports give me a major backache.
I sat in a 2023 gen II CFMoto Zforce 800 Trail. I could barely see over steering wheel, would prolly need at least a 4″ lift for the gen II seat.
