Cockpit

I’ve never been one for photography. The camera on this free android phone is mediocre at best. Using flash the photos did not look much better, so just posted dark ones without flash. All wiring run down left roll cage bar and under floor pan, protected by skid plates. A Weboost cell phone booster may be added eventually. I used them back in the early – mid 2000’s driving truck, they work great!

Descriptions from left to right:

ROW 1:
Photo One –
All devices secured by Ram Mounts. All devices will access phone hotspot for internet access, if signal available. Hopefully the Starlink mini dish – about the size of a Macbook Pro – will be available when (if) I go on my journey.
* Asus BR1100 12″ laptop for Google Earth Pro Desktop & general computing (replaced with Asus Zenbook S 13 laptop)
* Android 10″ tablet for Gaiagps or whatever
* Android 7″ tablet for Geocaching app or Gaiagps app so I can just glance down rather than having to look to the right, taking eyes off trail longer. I can put my phone in this holder if I’m not geocaching / gaiagpsing.

Photo Two (bad pic) & Three –
(Two) Chillout Systems 3″ 180cfm blower fan & Spectre Performance ducting, Midland MXT500 GMRS radio, windshield wiper motors. I keep the wipers pointed down, as the drivers side wiper is in my field of vision when parked up. (Three) Same from passenger side, shows rheostat connected to blower to control fan speed. The 3″ blower was purchased for use on CVT, ended up buying a Chillout 4″ blower for CVT. The return window was closed for the 3″ blower, glad I found a use for it!

Photo Four (bad pic) –
Razorback infrared CVT belt temp gauge, eyeglass clip for sunglasses / regular glasses, garage door opener.

Photo Five & Six –
(Five) Windshield washer jug with button for pump, Auxbeam control panel. (Six) Auxbeam wiring box. I bought the extension cable to connect the box to controller, but did not need it.

Photo Seven –
Cup holder and cab heater. Using 4-point harness, I can’t lean forward. The cup holder put drink container high enough I can reach it. The tray will likely stay empty when off pavement, as stuff will prolly bounce off of it.

ROW 2 –
Photo Eight & Nine –
(Eight) Spectre Performance 3″ engine air intake ducting with seat installed. (Nine) Spectre Performance 4″ CVT intake ducting and Chillout System 4″ blower fan with seat installed, fan manually controlled by Auxbeam panel. The wedge seat cushion is for shoulders, the seat still leans too far back for my comfort, even after seat lift kit installed.

Photo Ten & Eleven –
(Ten) 500 watt pure sine-wave inverter and 12 volt outlet, wired directly to battery. Can charge laptop & other stuff needing 110 volt power for chargers. The factory 12 volt outlet in dash could not supply enough power to charge phone and tablet simultaneously. It barely kept phone charge consistent when charging phone only. The 12 volt outlet on top of inverter provides key off power, the 12 volt dash outlet must have key on. (Eleven) Inverter roll bar mounts.

Photo Twelve –
Fire extinguisher with quick release mount and small rechargeable LED interior light to right of extinguisher. The LED light is advertised as a wrist light, has strap, can be attached to anything. It is surprisingly bright.
